American Society of Human Genetics, 2020
Congenica will be exhibiting at the ASHG 2020 event, now a fully virtual event.
Our team will be available throughout the conference to give live demos and answer questions about the Congenica platform, including the launch of Congenica Automation, for the automated classification of known variants.
During the event, we will be hosting a CoLab, Congenica Express: Automating Clinical Genomic Analysis & Reporting for Rapid Results, which will be available on-demand throughout the conference for attendees.
Congenica Express: Automating Clinical Genomic Analysis & Reporting for Rapid Results
Realizing the potential of genomic medicine relies on the ability to provide fast, accurate and reliable diagnoses for patients and their families.
However, with 71% of clinical laboratories reporting that they are nearly or completely at capacity, backlogs in the analysis of genomic data are limiting the speed of interpetation and extending diagnostic odysseys. Increasing case throughput and reducing interpretation time are therefore essential to achieving the full benefits of genomics, enabling precision medicine and improving patient outcomes.
In this our ASHG 2020 CoLab, experienced Clinical Scientist and Deputy Head of Clinical Services at Congenica, Helen Savage, will demonstrate how revolutionary new automation technology is enabling complex genomic data interpretation, including classification, evidence and reporting in as little as five minutes.
The CoLab is available on demand throughout the conference for all ASHG attendees.
